- It took me a few years to finally decide I was going to learn syncrometer from Heike. My equipment didnt work on the first class so Heike send an email to the owner of the company and I got a replacement right away. I was worried as I got the machine a few months back and probably it’s out of Warrenty. So that’s great. My second class it went well and smooth. Heike is knowledgable of what she is doing. She is fair and let me know if there’s internet technical issues or connection issues she’s going to extend my class so I could get my one hour class. She answered all my questions and gave me resources where to buy the slides and specimens. She taught me to differentiate the original sound and a positive sound. That you can’t learn from reading books. It was crucial she told me I needed to wear a telephone line around my neck when doing the test for self protection. I didn’t see that in dr Clark’s book. (it must be written somewhere but I haven’t gone through all her books). It was too bad I felt sick and unwell while performing the test. I felt irritated and impatient. I felt sick in my stomach and just generally not well. I am still recovering from a long term illness and cancer so I’m not surprised. Just very disappointed I couldn’t continue and my mind was not in the right state to ask more questions. So I wanted to end the class even Heike was so patient asking me if I got more questions. She gave me more time than one hour for the session. PS: don’t have your pet around when doing the test. The sound of syncrometer makes annoys my cat. He was curious / draw into the sound but hissed badly at me later. So I had to let him out during the session. In general, I’m grateful Heike is one of the very few people doing the test and teach. Only very few people are carrying dr Clark’s legacy. I’ll use her testing in future for sure. Or get more classes with her.

- Nous avons été servis rapidement et avons reçu des conseils compétents. L'assistant était très sympathique et proposait également des alternatives moins chères qui produisaient le même effet. Des sels de Schüssler, etc. Sont également disponibles ici.

- Appelé spontanément pour un test antigénique. Sans inscription, nous avons pu faire un test de manière très simple. M. Lavanchy est un garçon très optimiste, amical et frais. Personne ne passe le test comme le garçon guilleret Lavanchy  !
